I am a competitive strength athlete focused on helping people of all skill levels maximize muscle growth and enhance fitness to improve their long-term health.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help people find enjoyment in taking care of their bodies. Exercise is the most important and natural medicine we have. Exercise programming shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all, which is why I like the term individualized exercise prescription. Join me in finding the best approach for you to enjoy long-lasting health!
Many people leave the doctor’s office with a vague understanding that they need to exercise, but even those with serious medical conditions are rarely given a clear plan to follow. I am committed to helping people understand the importance of exercise, whether they are managing medical conditions or simply looking to improve their fitness.
