Working out with Kati has been one of the best decisions. I’ve been training with her for about three years and it’s been amazing. I have measurably progressed and my body feels better overall. Although I’ve always worked out, it’s made such a difference to work out with Kati as she is so knowledgeable and tailors each workout to my needs. Highly recommend training with Kati!

I worked with Kati for about 3 months. I was a complete novice when it came to strength training, but she skillfully taught me without judgement and was very motivating. I learned techniques that I will carry with me for the rest of my life — whether that is by doing further strength training or moving about safely in my everyday life. She made exercising fun, with her cheerful personality and well intentions. She’s the total package! I would recommend her to anyone!

Training with Kati for over a year has truly transformed my fitness journey! Starting from zero exercise routine and dealing with a knee injury, I never imagined feeling this strong and motivated. Kati is the perfect combo of motivating and will-kick-your-butt. I’ve been going to her for about 1.5 now for strength training. As background, I run and do yoga/pilates 3-4 times a week but have always struggled with building strength (and doing it safely). Since working with Kati, I can now squat weights I wouldn’t even have dreamed of being able to do. I recently did a long hike and dusted some of the veteran hikers I went with. Glute strength, pull-ups, pushups, you name it. Kati has such an awareness of anatomy, is on top of the science, and tailors our sessions to help me meet my goals. I can’t recommend her enough.

I have been working with Kati for a year, 3x per week. She is an excellent trainer, well organized, knowledgeable and in sync with my ability level. and needs. I might add that she is a delightful person and I enjoy my time with her. Highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Kati for personal training for the last year. After trying various forms of exercise including gym memberships, classes, physical therapy, peloton and more, working out with Kati has been the only thing I’ve been able to stick with. Kati is great at changing up routines, coming up with exercises that target specific areas. She is always open to feedback on making workouts more challenging but best of all working out with her is a lot of fun!

As a lifelong couch potato, I was understandably nervous about starting to see a personal trainer. But working with Kati has been an absolute delight. She is incredibly patient, understanding, and non-judgmental, which are all important for someone like me who doesn’t take criticism particularly well. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
