I train at my apartment gym in the South End, at private studios in Back Bay and Downtown Crossing, and travel to clients’ homes (location dependent).

I am flexible in payment frequency whether someone wants to pay per session or for a month at a time. I accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

I never want to practice outside of my field; therefore, I do not provide specific nutrition plans. I can provide general guidance and help support you in making healthier choices.

It depends on your goals, your current fitness, and your dedication to exercising! In general, 2-4 days of strength training combined with aerobic activities will improve your fitness and health.
